Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you create or import. You must have the right to photograph, store, export, and share it and must avoid unlawful or harmful use.
Accuracy and independent copies
You are responsible for checking property details, dates, photos, notes, and recipients. Keep independent copies of records you need because local data can be lost.
Paid features
Purchases are processed by the platform store. The product page and purchase sheet state the current price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, restore, and refund terms.
Product changes and availability
DefineYou may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Updates will not intentionally convert sample content into evidence or remove evidence without an explicit user action.
Service limits
To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided without a promise that every device, export, or third-party share destination will always remain available. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
