Check the packet before sharing
Confirm the address, phase, dates, room order, photos, notes, and document number. Remove unrelated personal information from the scene when possible.
Keep two independent copies
Save the PDF in a location you control and keep a second copy in another trusted place. Local app data alone is not a backup.
Choose the recipient deliberately
Use the correct contact and share only the relevant record. Avoid posting a packet publicly because photos may reveal an address, belongings, or other personal details.
Preserve the original record
Keep the in-app record and the exported file when practical. If you later add information, export a new packet rather than silently overwriting the only copy.
