Use the original order
Open the move-in record and follow the same room and surface sequence. Matching the viewpoint where practical makes differences easier to understand.
Separate cleaning from condition
Photograph the space after personal items are removed and ordinary cleaning is complete. Record remaining visible conditions without claiming whether they are wear or damage.
Include repaired and unchanged areas
Do not photograph only new concerns. Showing areas that remained unchanged or were repaired provides a more complete record.
Export a final independent copy
Review dates, property details, room names, and notes before export. Save the packet outside the app before returning the device, deleting data, or changing phones.
